 d by the NP community\, and offer ideas on how individuals\, organizatio
 ns\, and institutions can improve the way they communicate within the ch
 anging media paradigm.\n\nThe new media model is about individuals and o
 rganizations being responsible for publishing content. In this workshop\
 , we’ll take a tour of Twitter\, Facebook and Wordpress and examine so
 me exemplary usages pertaining to non profits\, and get into the nitty-g
 ritty of how to get started with each service. Participants will walk aw
 ay knowing how to sort through the noise\, blog\, tweet\, and build comm
 unity using these three revolutionary technologies. Laptop required!\n\n

 and has recently been producing documentary films about community-based

 technologies to communicate with their stakeholders and build community
